On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with fireplace, living room and dining room. Both the sitting room and dining room are open onto a terrace equipped with natural meadow of flowers and plants. From the terrace you can enjoy the view on the the Apuan Alps and the valley that leads to Monte Magno, a few miles away from the beaches of Versilia
On the first floor, connected by a beautiful staircase, there is a large room with two single beds, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed as well as a shower room. From all rooms of the house you can enjoy a splendid view of 270 ° of the amazingly beautiful surroundings
You can have lunch or dinner on the terrace outside on the adjacent pavement. Our little vegetable garden will be available for guests to gather and enjoy the vegetables season (tomatoes, lettuce, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, basil, parsley, sage, rosemary).
 
An inviting barbecue allows the cooking and backing, including typical local bread, pizza and roasts. In winder it is possible to cook on the large fireplace in the kitchen.
 The house does not have air conditioning but even in Summer the elevated position and the peculiar architecture of the house allow a refreshing natural evening breeze to circulate in all rooms.
